I will not be providing any plans, designs, renderings or drawings. I also do not provide any installation or maintenance services. My goal is to provide direction and confidence to help you know what steps to take. That might be helping you know what you can DIY, or it could mean recommending that you hire a company for some or all of your project.
I cannot recommend or advise against specific companies. I can help you know what to look for and what questions to ask.
Not all projects fit neatly into one of the above categories. I am flexible and want to help you meet your goals. These categories help to establish a starting point and some expectations.
I want to respect your time while also gathering as much information as possible to help me understand your goals and provide the best advice possible.
*All evaluation sessions will include a 15 minute 'grace period' past the stated amount. Time spent in excess will be billed at a rate of $120/hr.
I primarily serve the Cleveland, Ohio area. There will be an additional travel fee for projects that are more than 30 minutes from Bedford, Ohio.
My advice is based on my education and experience. I will do my best to provide consistent and quality advice for your situation. There may be times that I will not have sufficient experience and will defer to other professionals who specialize in specific areas, and will provide general guidance as I am able.
